RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

As a small ethical and slow fashion Australian business.

Embracing Bella provide a full refund, size exchange or credit note for all full-price items, that adhere to the below conditions within 30 days of delivery.

SALE ITEMS

Please Note** Items on significant sale promotions are final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  1. Please email to arrange a return info@embracingbella.com

  2. If your send an item back without arrangement, management reserves the right to make the decision about whether the return qualifies for a refund or credit.
  3. Item(s) must be returned with 30 days of receiving your order.

  4. All original tags must remain attached.

  5. Item(s) must be unworn and returned in original condition.

  6. Proof of purchase provided (proof of purchase can be your order number or your invoice received with your order).

Any items returned outside the 30 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. In this instance, we will contact you and organise to send back the return at your expense.

We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment, so please get in touch at info@embracingbella.com if you have any questions regarding sizing.

 

LODGING YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  • To lodge a return please contact us at info@embracingbella.com along with your order number and reason for the return/exchange.

  • Our customer service team will email you within 24-48 business hours with our return address and initiation for the return or exchange process.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Return shipping for change of mind or incorrect fit is customer borne and non-refundable.

  • We do not cover the return or exchange shipping cost. We recommend keeping your tracking details as Embracing Bella is not liable for returns lost in transit.

  • If you have received a faulty or incorrect item - we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • Please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed once it has reached our returns address.

 

DISCOUNT CODES
If you are using a discount code on full-priced stock, you are still eligible for a return.

 

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are final and cannot be returned for a refund.

 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM
Embracing Bella prides itself on quality control across all of our stock. If you feel that your item is faulty or incorrect, please email our team at info@embracingbella.com within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate this and assist you further to ensure we provide you with the best possible outcome.
