What is the returns policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll happily accept a return subject to the following conditions outlined in our returns policy here. 

What Payments do you accept?

CREDITCARDS We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Note, cards issued by local banks which are not listed above will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case we recommend PayPal as an alternative.

PAYPAL express feature is available to speed through the checkout.

AFTERPAY also available at checkout.

Store-credit and giftcards

You can also use store-credit or a gift card. Each gift card and store-credit carries an individual code you can easily enter when completing the checkout. They both expire after 6 months and may be combined with promotions.

What are my shipping options

There is free standard shipping Australia wide on orders over $150 and $15 flat fee express shipping available at checkout.

What are the international taxes and duties that I have to pay

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these maybe necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Embracing Bella will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We advise that you are familiar with your package destination’s import duty, customs and local sales taxes, as well as its rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products. If a delivery attempt has been made and the item was not collected and has been returned to us, you will be required to pay the re-delivery fee and the duty tax for re-import of the apparel 

When do I get my order?

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days with certain exceptions, such as for example collection launch, inventory delays, holidays and during peak sale periods. For Express post within Australia your order will arrive 3-5days from dispatch date, Standard Shipping within Australia is estimated 5-10 days and International Postage is dependent on your billing country. Please note that estimated delivery time is an estimate, and that time may vary depending on external factors outside Embracing Bella and our courier company’s control. These factors may include, but are not limited to, COVID 19 restrictions, extreme weather conditions, technical errors and high-volume peak periods such as Black Friday Sales, Super Saturday, Christmas and Boxing Day Sales. All orders are shipped with a TRACKING NUMBER based on the shipping service you selected during check out.  

Can I change my order?

Before you complete and pay for an order, you can review your order and make changes. You are bound to your order only when you accept it and our terms and conditions at checkout. When you have completed a purchase and received an order confirmation, we begin to process the order in our system and at our warehouse. Once the package has left our hands, there is no possibility to change your order. If you find errors in the specified contact details, it is your duty to contact us at info@embracingbella.com.au immediately. Embracing Bella is not responsible for an order being processed correctly where the consumer has entered incorrect information and you are not entitled to a refund due to incorrect information processed at the checkout. 

Can I add products to my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot add products to an existing order. We recommend that you make a new order and if available we will try our best to ship the orders together. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@embracingbella.com.au

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact Embracing Bella immediately if you wish to cancel your order on info@embracingbella.com.au If we are unable to assist in cancelling your order immediately, usually because it has already been packed or shipped, please return your order to us. The cost of the returning freight is your responsibility. Only when the order in its original condition and has returned to our warehouse will we be able to make an exchange. Please note, we do not accept refunds for change of mind. 

Can I change my shipping address?

We process your order within 24 hours (usually), so it's very short of time when you can change or remove your order. If you want to change something, please contact us as soon as possible on info@embracingbella.com.au If your order is already packed and sent, It is your (the customers) responsibility to locate the parcel. Once the parcel has been located you can return it and make a new order, however please be aware you will need to cover the shipping to return the good and for a new order. Embracing Bella is not responsible for an order sent to an incorrectly specified address or name of a customer once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. 

It is important to us to minimise our carbon footprint, and this is a really simple but effective way to help reduce our impact on the environment around us.

Do you ship to Mail Boxes (PO Box)?

In Australia Yes, but unfortunately, we would prefer not to deliver to a PO Box outside of Australia. 

I have not received my order. What do I do?

Contact info@embracingbella.com.au and enter your order number and we will assist you. We will do everything we can to locate your order as soon as possible.  

Can I have my order delivered to an alternative address?

 Yes, you can enter another shipping address in the same country / currency as your billing address. If you pay via Paypal please check the address specified in your account is correct. 

Where are you located?

We are an online business located in Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. We also have a shop front located in Mornington.

Are your suppliers ethical?

Our garments are made with accredited ethical manufactures and hold accreditation certificates that are officially audited regularly, we also conduct our own interviews and questioning. We also conduct our own investigations and if the company refuses to comply or not produce a reasonable answer to our satisfaction then we cease any further dealings.
